Refund Policy

At Prodserv Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to providing safe and effective
pharmaceutical products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict
guidelines for refunds and returns in compliance with NAFDAC and Nigerian Consumer
Protection laws.

Eligibility for Refunds/Returns

    • Products may only be returned if:
    • They are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
    • They are within the manufacturer’s expiry date.
    • They remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging (except where
      defective).
    • For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or
      partially used products.

    Refund/Return Process

      • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if a product is
        damaged, defective, or incorrect.
      • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
      • Once approved, customers may choose:
      • Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or
      • Full refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

      Non-Refundable Items

        • Promotional or discounted items.
        • Free samples.
        • Products mishandled or stored incorrectly after delivery.
